I’ve had ulcerative colitis and feel and “containment” are very important. Price becomes very secondary. Needs to do a thorough clean while also being strong and soft. Got to take care of the important things first. Sometimes price does not matter when you’ve being reminded every time you sit that you saved a bit of money.
And here I thought I was the only one nit-picky enough to wonder about the mathematics of toilet paper! I'm forwarding this to all my friends for their bathroom reading.
